South Beach: South of Fifth Street (SoFi)

I received a voice mail from a local news station about the South of Fifth street neighborhood (SoFi), in South Beach, asking me to do an on-camera interview for a story they were doing on the area.

I was thinking to myself, “Why are they doing a story on SoFi? I’ll bet you The New York Times wrote something up about the area.”
