These pictures are from the newly-opened Mei Miami Beach.  “Mei” (pronounced “May-ee”) is an Asian “themed” (notice I put “themed” in quotes) condominium located at 5875 Collins Avenue in Miami Beach.

Ya’ll can go on and say whatever you like about Miami Beach real estate.  If pics are worth 1000 words, then, “Alex, I’ll take “Mei” for 2000, please.”

Just a little note on the above photos-  they were taken today, completely un-retouched and were not staged.

The developer recently reduced prices, substantially.  I think that ”Mei” may mean “value” in Mandarin (Oh man, I’m laughing so hard! I’m hot tonight!).  Seriously, though, for the quality and location of this project–you’ll be hard-pressed to find a better deal on Miami Beach.
