I saw this guy, too. I honked and gave him a thumbs up. He returned the gesture with a peace sign and a smile.

How funny! I too saw him leaving the beach. You just never know what can happen when you tick someone off!!! Great pic.

I spoke to him. He said they told him about a no risk investment. He put down a deposit on it. Then when he changed his mind or there was a problem, they would not refund his deposit.
