Today, I am showing property to a family from Utah, who are moving to Oahu, so their children can attend BYU in Laie. This has all been discussed in front of the Listing Agent and she says (While standing on the lanai, looking at the beautiful ocean) "This is a great place to get away from the kids for a beer & a smoke". I just broke down and laughed so hard that the whole family started laughing too. Listing agent laughed too, but I don't think she got it. Great video!!
