Sounds to me like he isn't in a big hurry to sell if he keeps jacking up the price beyond what the market is going to pay. There are not a lot of people out there looking for nineteen thousand square foot mansion.

On a side note, are you using a plugin in or something that creates the Google friend connect bar on the bottom of the page on this site? I would like to use it on our real estate school website, seems like a great way to build a little community!
