The Apogee is SO overrated. I went to look at a few units, and I just got the impression that they chinced on things. It’s not like the marketing brochures. Silly example: the lightswitch cover for the master bathroom was cracked..WTF..it’s $1..change it!

And the units have a beautiful view (the ocean) and then on the other side of the home, a terrible view of a run down section of SOBE. What!
