Where will Ricky live? Yesterday, Ricky Martin listed his home on prestigious North Bay Road for $19.5M.
Everyone here in the “biz” is wondering where Martin will end up. He also has a home in Golden Beach, which he purchased in April, 2007 for $16.25M, which is now on the market for $22.5M. Check out the virtual tour here for Mr. Martin’s exclusive oceanfront estate.
The estate on North Bay Road was originally purchased by Martin in May, 2005 for $10M. The North Bay Road property was listed for sale by Martin in February 2007, for $16.9M and was taken off the market five months later in July.

Real estate taxes on the Golden Beach property: $195,904.89 per year

No matter where he goes some lucky person will be his neighbor. Since I live in Florida one can only hope to hear him singing and run into him on the beach.
