Dale

I have NO clue about the Hollywood/Ft.
Laud. condo market. Here are some basics:
Supply and demand and location.

If you do decide to buy a condo buy the best line in the best building in your budget. By doing so you will always have a demand for your unit.

As for the Miami market "tanking"...I'm not anyone's cheerleader, but Miami and Miami Beach are two different animals.

I think the Miami market will have problems because of oversupply.

I was just talking to agents in southern California and their market is 10 times worse than ours.

Good luck though.

Does anyone here follow the Hollywood/Ft. Lauderdale area condo market? I'm considering buying a unit at Duo in Hallandale, but I'm worried that the prices, while down from a few months ago, might start going up again. Do you think Hallandale condo prices will tank along with Miami, or they won't be as affected because there isn't the glut of properties like Miami.

Thanks
