lower penthouse floor view of ocean north side of building 720 sq ft

What are association dues per SF at Canyon? I would assume they would be even much higher than Setai or Continuum with so so many ameneties.

Kevin, I’m not an agent but I have to agree with you about Canyon Ranch. It is really a unique project. How many developments have this much beachfront to work with. Can’t wait to see what the Golden Sands project looks like, and I think they have a mixed use project nearby.

I also like that North Beach area, very vibrant and pedestrian friendly, even if it lost its Denny’s
