Terry Bollea, aka Hulk Hogan, listed his home on prestigious North Bay Road. The home, built in 2006 and seen on the VH1 series, Hogan Knows Best, has 17,339 square feet, 6 bedroom main house with 2 full guest apartments for a total of 11 bedrooms! No word on why he is selling or where he is going next. Hogan purchased the estate for $12M in April, 2006.

After closing, be sure the agents get a video of him ripping his shirt to pieces. I am sure after he goes through the negotiations he’ll want to rip his shirt to pieces.

If I had that kind of cash, I would buy that house; be able to go to all Dolphin home games, have a walk way across the pool (awsome), and IT IS SOUTH FLORIDA!!!

He’s leaving because hes sick of all the stuck up jewish neighbors with “Old Money”……..
If you saw the episode where the Hulkster family made cookies for all the neighbors because they were bellyaching about the moving vans………
and all the neighbors said no thanks, it’s not kosher…..
The hulk family then went out of their way to learn kosher and have a party for the neighbors………..
The bitchee neighborhood showed up, (only to see the “taste” of the interior decorating I am sure), and complained once again……..I’d move too…..

They moved back to Clearwater, FL.
The only reason I know that is because Hulk’s son was arrested there last week.

Yeah, their Clearwater house is valued around the same as the Miami home. Hogan hated it there according to one of his friends that I know pretty well.
It must be nice to make $7m in a house you hate, lol.
