Yes they are. I believe that is the case because Miami Beach and Miami in general is such a 2nd home market and condos are easier to manage from another city, state or part of the world.

Love this one!!! and so informative. $2300 a square foot {whistle} – amazing. The penthouses seem to be replacing the waterfront homes in the big price tag department.. do you think?
